At Faith First Fastpitch, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This made-to-order process helps reduce overproduction and allows us to create high-quality products with care.

Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size, color, or style.
Change of mind.
Buyer’s remorse.
Accidental orders.
Preference after receiving the product.

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts, product descriptions, and color selections before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos showing the problem.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

A replacement at no additional cost, or
A full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that it may take several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.

Exchanges

Because all products are made specifically for each order, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or has shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.
