Return & Refund Policy
At Faith First Fastpitch, we take pride in creating quality apparel inspired by faith, family, and the fastpitch lifestyle. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Once the carrier confirms the package has been lost, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
If the order cannot be recovered, we are unable to issue a refund.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned to us because they were not claimed or picked up from the carrier may be reshipped upon request.
Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
Returns
Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Color preference
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review our sizing guides before placing your order.
Size Exchanges
We currently do not offer free size exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong size, you may place a new order for the correct size.
If we made an error by sending the wrong size, we will replace it at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once production has started.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
